EMERGERNCY RESPONSE UNIT - MAURITIUS RED CROSS SOCIETY

The ERU (Emergency Response Unit is prepared to be ready in cse of an emergency situations caused or raised by Natural Disasters or any other disaster that can be handled by ERU (Emergency Response Unit of Mauritius Redcross). This doesn't mean ERU will not do anything apart from disaster, sure we do help all the others who might in need of our help or support.

Intervention : Before and After Cycle Torrential rain, Land Slide, Tsunami or any other Naturual Disasters or Calamities that can be handled by the MRCS

We Give : First Aid to all those who are effected the by the situation of Natural Calamities or others, Psychological assitance, Shelters for the needed, Clothing Assistance and Care for Casualities and Water Sanitation

To be a part of ERU team, all the members and social work force must undergo all the necessary trainings provided by Mauritius Red Cross society in mauritius. The training will be provided by the professionals of Mauritius Red Cross Society members who are recognised to handle these type of Operations.
